Mindfulness Yoga

Our Yoga routines are created to reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve emotional wellness, enhance concentration and memory, improve respiration, energy and vitality, increase muscle strength, tone and flexibility.

Yoga classes will help our students learn to work with their emotions and moods to nurture an inner life, enable good health, and the ability to relate to others and one's self with kindness, acceptance and compassion
